We would like to announce the 9th Annual JHMT. It is to be held on Saturday, the 10th of November. The online registration form can be now be accessed. The competition has been revamped and some rounds have evolved to a new flavor to the event. Some interesting changes have taken place, details of which can be found here. A tentative schedule is shown below.

Another major change this year has been the significant decrease in the registration fees due to additional sponsorship we received this year. See 'About JHMT' for more information.

Thanks to those who participated in JHMT 2006. Problems have been uploaded and staff updates have been made for the 2006 tournament. Some of the photos have been posted and the rest of them will be uploaded as soon as they are processed. Results will be posted shortly.

January 25, 2006

Resources for the JHMT 2005 are now complete; the results section has been repaired and we have included a list of all participating high schools and students. Our director list for the 2006 tournament is now complete and the email contacts for this year's officers can be found at Staff Contacts. The rest of the site will be completed soon and updated registration forms will be online shortly. The registration forms will also be paper mailed to most Maryland schools directly.

The 2006 Johns Hopkins Math Tournament will be held on April 8th. Paper invitations will be mailed to schools close to our campus in Baltimore, MD., but all high schools are invited. Our registration form will be updated ASAP and can be either submitted either electronically (on this site) or by paper (a printable version will be up too). Problems, solutions, and photographs for the 2005 contest can be found in the "Contest Resources" archives -- sorry for the large delay, we were having internet server problems. The results for that tournament can also be found there; for some reason, the overall team and team event rounds have strange rankings and sequences of X's for the Centennial HS teams, but that will be correctly shortly. Other pages on this site are still empty but will be filled in the following weeks. If you have questions, please email us at the addresses provided in the Staff Contacts section.
